Jit Sinha

Co-Founder

Jit Sinha co-founded Resolve Growth Partners in 2018. Prior to Resolve, Jit spent 10 years executing growth equity investments as a General Partner at JMI Equity.

Jit served as a Board Director for companies including AppNeta, Avecto, Axeda, Businessolver, Compusearch, Ellucian, Empathica, Rsam, Schoology, and Vocus. Jit was also a Board observer for Gemcom Software and Yello. Prior to JMI, Jit was a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures (BCV) where he was a Board Director or observer of dynaTrace, Network Intelligence, SolarWinds and VMLogix. Prior to BCV, Jit was a Director-Business Development at a BCV-backed portfolio company DataSynapse, and a management consultant at Monitor Company.

Jit lives in the Baltimore area with his wife Swati and two daughters, Misha & Sophie. He is the current Board chair of KIPP Baltimore, a college-preparatory public charter school serving over 1,500 children and 900 alumni. He is also active with several organizations supporting strategic philanthropy in India. Jit received a BS in Economics and a BA in Sociology, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris Rhodes

Co-Founder

Chris Rhodes co-founded Resolve Growth Partners in 2018. Prior to Resolve, Chris spent 7 years as a growth equity investor at JMI Equity.

While at JMI, Chris originated, executed, and supported numerous minority and control growth equity investments. His representative experience includes Appriss, Axonify, Compusearch, Intelex, Seismic Software, SiriusDecisions, and Undertone. Prior to JMI, Chris was an investment banker at UBS in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) group.

Chris lives in the Baltimore area with his wife Natasha. He is on the advisory board of the Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School. Chris received a BA in Political Science, cum laude, from Yale University.

Rocco Natalicchio

Vice President

Rocco Natalicchio joined Resolve in 2019. Prior to Resolve, Rocco spent 3 years as a growth equity investor at JMI Equity.

While at JMI, Rocco originated, executed, and supported numerous minority and control growth equity investments. His representative experience includes AlertMedia, Axonify, Rsam and Unanet. Prior to JMI, Rocco was an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Rocco lives in Baltimore with his wife, Erica, and is on the board of I Am Mentality, a male youth empowerment project. Rocco received a BBA in Finance and Economics, cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland..

Jason Shapiro

Vice President

Jason Shapiro joined Resolve as a Vice President in 2019. Prior to Resolve, Jason was an Associate with Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”), a private equity firm in New York City.

At CD&R, he evaluated investment opportunities primarily in the software sector, with additional exposure to healthcare, business services, retail and industrials. In addition, he served as a board observer to David’s Bridal and Drive Healthcare. Prior to CD&R, he spent two years at Lazard in the M&A group as an investment banking analyst. At the start of his career, he served with Teach For America as a high school math teacher and basketball coach in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Jason lives in Baltimore with his wife, Anne, and maintains his involvement with Teach For America and its broader mission of educational equity. He received a BS in Commerce with Distinction (top 15%) from the University of Virginia and an MBA with the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence (top 10%) from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
