Jit Sinha
Co-Founder
Jit Sinha co-founded Resolve Growth Partners in 2018. Prior to Resolve, Jit spent 10 years executing growth equity investments as a General Partner at JMI Equity. Jit served as a Board Director for companies including AppNeta, Avecto, Axeda, Businessolver, Compusearch, Ellucian, Empathica, Rsam, Schoology, and Vocus.
Jit was also a Board Observer for Gemcom Software and Yello. Prior to JMI, Jit was a Principal at Bain Capital Ventures (BCV) where he was a Board Director or observer of dynaTrace, Network Intelligence, SolarWinds and VMLogix. Prior to BCV, Jit was a Director-Business Development at a BCV-backed portfolio company DataSynapse, and a management consultant at Monitor Company.
Jit lives in the Baltimore area with his wife Swati and two daughters, Misha & Sophie. Jit received a BS in Economics and a BA in Sociology, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jit’s interests include music, reading, and watching sports.
